I liked the room with nice bed, the bed was comfortable. The employees were hard-working and very supportive. The hotel was in an ideal location right by rail stations, and city center.

The room had not very nice views.

The rooms are always well-designed and a good size. the location is excellent, just off the center of Luzern, close to the railway station, bus/train stop, and train stations. the hotel is conveniently located near a restaurant, La Fontana, which is a short distance away.

Silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Favourable, beautiful location in Lucerne, really close to train station, Mc Donald, eatery, convenience shop, Train connections, and especially after 9pm.

Breakfast had many options to choose from at the start of the day. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - Convenient amenities like central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee and tea making equipment were provided. - the hotel is in a marvellous location with a train station just a few steps away. - the area around the hotel is fairly nice.

The room was normal double and good-sized with a mountain view, I stayed here for 3 nights. Wi-Fi, reliable internet, and an electric kettle were available here. Appreciated being walk from a train station.

Generally, liked this exceptionally comfortable accommodation with really excellent staff from second shift. My room was new-fashioned and bathroom was clean. Very close to a bus stop, the location was magnificent and stunning, in the centre of Luzern. On the whole outstanding food; Ristorante Insieme was in the vicinity.

No complaints at all, had a great stay here. Awesome location, just minutes away from everything you need. Peaceful vibe, with a fantastic selection of delicious dishes to choose from. 🌟

The staff on the second shift were very welcoming. Everything was well-maintained. The location is lovely and magnificent, just a few steps away from a train station. The twin room had an iron and kettle, which was convenient.
