The room had a nice and comfortable bed. the employees were hard-working and supportive. the hotel was conveniently located near rail stations and the city center.

The rooms are always well-designed and a good size. the location is excellent, just off the center of Luzern, close to the railway station, bus/train stop, and train stations. the hotel is conveniently located near a restaurant, La Fontana, which is a short distance away.

The room was a good size with a mountain view, and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was great to have a reliable Wi-Fi connection and an electric kettle. I liked that I could easily walk from the train station.

Breakfast had many options to choose from at the start of the day. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - Convenient amenities like central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee and tea making equipment were provided. - the hotel is in a marvellous location with a train station just a few steps away. - the area around the hotel is fairly nice.

Overall, I loved my stay at this cozy hotel with amazing staff. the room had a modern feel and the bathroom was spotless. the location is superb, just a stone's throw away from a bus stop in the heart of Lucerne. the dining options nearby, like Ristorante Insieme, were excellent.
